So we cannot get 1.1 or 1.0 versions with this method, yet we can downgrade to 1.2.4.1, the last version GameLauncher's downgrading feature supported. Sadly, the versions you can get of Terraria with this method only goes back to December 31, 2013, yet 1.2 was released on September 30, 2013. When I searched for ways to downgrade my Terraria version, I came across this nice post on the r/Steam reddit which explains how you can use the Steam console to download older versions of games. The Terraria GameLauncher allows the downgrading to previous versions (including 1.0.0, 1.0.6.1, 1.1.2 and more), however this downgrading feature does not work since Terraria version 1.3, so the goal is to first downgrade Terraria to version 1.2.4.1, the last version GameLauncher's downgrading worked.
